can begin the selection process. Organizations use these processes to increase the likelihood of hiring
individuals who possess the right skills and abilities to be successful at their jobs.

directly related to the quality of manpower which is directly handling the customer. Prospective
candidates should have problem solving ability, ability to take decisions, and should be creative. They
should also have good analytical skills.
